AlertPay

I recommend joining AlertPay (in addition to PayPal) as there are many money-making sites that don't accept PayPal and AlertPay is your next best option.
They offer three different kinds of FREE accounts: Personal, Premium and Secure.
They charge a fee only to receive payments, not to send. However the Personal accounts charge a fixed fee of $1.00 per transaction, while the Premium charges 2.5% + $0.25 per transaction.

This actually means, that if you are mainly using your AlertPay account to RECEIVE payments, it is actually cheaper if you upgrade to a free Premium account as long as you only request payments for $30 or less! Say you earn $15, the fee is then 2.5% of $15 ($0.375) plus $0.25, which is only $o.625. If you have a personal account the fee would always be $1.00.

Therefore I strongly advise you to join a FREE PREMIUM account and request payouts before $30.
[Your other option would be to use a Personal account and wait till your payouts are high before cashing out - that way you'll have fewer transaction fees. (So, wait to earn $60 then cashout all at once ($1.00 fee) rather than doing it in bunches of $30 or less ( - $2.00 or more total fees).)
But if you're like me and can't wait that long then I suggest signing up for (or upgrading to) the Premium account. The bottom line is: if you are generally going to be making payouts under $30, then definitely upgrade to the free premium account. ]
(A personal account also has receiving limits of $400 per month and $2000 per year, whereas Premium is unlimited.)
